Mali and Niger revoke tax cooperation treaties with France

Mali and Niger have annulled two longstanding treaties with France that governed cooperation and administrative assistance in tax matters.

This information was communicated by both countries respective governments in a statement on Tuesday

Originating from 1972, these agreements were initially established to address issues related to double taxation, promoting collaboration and mutual support in tax-related affairs.
