The Office for the Establishment of War and Economic Crimes Court in Liberia has finally outlined a number of guidelines geared towards accelerating the establishment of the court.
Since the end of the Liberian Civil war in 2003 that led to the death of more than 250,000 people, the country’s new President Joseph Boakai a few months ago constituted the office of war crimes to bring to book warlords and their financiers.
