Imagine you left your family, including your wife and kid at home in a West African State, while traveling to Europe on a bicycle.
This is the story of Edwin Welleh Bohlen, a Liberian cyclist, who is riding a bicycle from Monrovia, Liberia, to Germany.
Since picking up from Monrovia in early January 2026, Edwin is now in Dakar, Senegal, preparing to continue his journey through Mauritania.
In an interview with WADR, the Liberian cyclist said he intends to promote a borderless Africa and the exchange of African culture.
