Liberia is hosting a high-level Sierra Leonean delegation for a study tour on governance and public administration reforms. The visit highlights a shared commitment to strengthening institutional frameworks across the Mano River Union.
Led by Amara Kallon, Sierra Leone’s Minister of Public Administration and Political Affairs, the delegation is examining Liberia’s reform initiatives to identify best practices that could be applied back home.
The engagement aligns with Pillar 5 of Sierra Leone’s National Development Plan, which prioritizes public service reform for stronger accountability and better service delivery.
Speaking at the Governance Commission in Monrovia, Minister Kallon expressed confidence that the exchange would deepen bilateral cooperation and advance governance improvements in both countries.
