The trial of Bakary Togola, also known as the “King of Malian Cotton,” will begin in the Malian capital today, Monday.
Bakary Togola, the former president of the Assembly of Chambers of Agriculture of Mali, along with 10 other individuals, will appear before the Special Court for Economic and Financial Crimes until August 30. They face charges, including embezzlement of public funds.
