in Côte d’Ivoire, state authorities have signed an ethics charter for the 2024 competitive examinations.
One of the key initiatives is to standardize the civil service sector and ensure fair and transparent procedures.
The ethics charter was signed by regional prefects, central and general supervisors, correctors, and the national gendarmerie for the 2024 civil service competitions.
The ceremony was chaired by the Minister of State and Minister of Civil Service and Modernization of Administration, Anne Désirée Ouloto, who emphasized the importance of good governance and transparency in the organization of administrative competitions.
The authorities believe that this charter will enable the individuals involved in the organization process to demonstrate integrity, thereby bolstering the credibility of the competitions.
Additionally, measures will be put in place to prevent fraud through the establishment of a one-stop shop promotion.
Established in 2022, this ethical charter aims to promote vigilance among those involved in the organization of competitions to ensure fairness and transparency.
