Defence lawyers have decided to resume their participation in the upcoming hearings of the trial concerning the massacres of September 28, 2009 in Guinea.
This decision comes after they were officially notified of the ruling on the appeal they had lodged before the Court of Appeal of Conakry.
The lawyers did not hesitate to denounce what they call the interference of the International Criminal Court in the conduct of this trial. Faced with the refusal of the president of the court to rule on the reclassification of the facts, they do not rule out appealing to the Supreme Court.
