Governments and organizations from across the globe have endorsed a comprehensive action plan to build cyber capacity.
The 2-day event held in the Ghanaian capital Accra, brought together hundreds of cyber security experts and ICT professionals across the world to deliberate on possible ways of curbing various crimes and also to harmonize development in the digital space.
