Ghana’s Parliament has passed the Human Sexual Rights and Family Values Bill 2021, after nearly years of deliberation.
The Bill, popularly called the Anti-LGBTQ+ bill, was approved unanimously on February 28, following the third reading.
The bill is now set to be forwarded to President Akufo-Addo for assent.
