In Ghana, the ad hoc committee investigating the recent chaos in Parliament will resume public sittings on Friday.
The committee, set up by Speaker Alban Bagbin, had suspended hearings following a directive from Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin for his members to boycott proceedings.
Chairman Emmanuel Bedzrah confirmed that the Speaker has given them 10 days to complete their work. The inquiry follows a heated altercation during the vetting of ministerial nominees on January 30.
