Individual bondholders in Ghana have dismissed the apology rendered by the country’s finance minister for the hardship brought on them by the Domestic Debt Exchange Programme (DDEP).
Ghana’s Minister of Finance, Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam, attributed the hardship being experienced in the country to the DDEP and apologized to Ghanaians for the discomfort they experienced as a result.
