The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has removed former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta from its wanted list after his legal team confirmed his return to Ghana in May 2025.

Ofori-Atta was declared wanted over alleged financial misconduct, but his whereabouts had been unclear. His lawyers have assured full cooperation with the ongoing investigation.
