NPP National Organizer Henry Nana Boakye, known as Nana B, has taken legal action against President John Dramani Mahama over a directive canceling public sector appointments made after December 7, 2024.
He argues that the directive, issued by Chief of Staff Julius Debrah on February 10, violates the 1992 Constitution, particularly Articles 58(2) and 191(b), which govern public sector employment.
Nana B is asking the Supreme Court to declare the order unconstitutional and prevent its enforcement.
