The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has announced plans to establish an Election Review Committee following its historic defeat in Ghana’s 2024 general elections.
Speaking at a press conference in Accra on Monday, National Chairman Stephen Ntim expressed the party’s shock at the outcome and emphasized the need for a thorough analysis of what went wrong. The committee, set to be formed in early 2025, will conduct a forensic review of the election process to identify mistakes and prevent future setbacks.
