GHANA: Ministry Forecasts 50% Voter Turnout for the District Assembly Elections.

The Ministry of Local Government, Decentralization, and Rural Development in Ghana anticipates a substantial voter participation in today’s district Assembly Elections.

The ministry projects a turnout of at least 50%.

A total of over 66,000 candidates are poised to contest for assembly and unit committee roles in the District Level Elections.
