President John Dramani Mahama has declared his assets and warned government appointees to do the same by March 31, 2025, or face sanctions, including possible removal from office.

He made this statement on Tuesday after submitting his own asset declaration to the Audit Service, fulfilling constitutional and legal requirements.

Mahama emphasized that this measure is crucial for transparency and accountability, reinforcing his administration’s commitment to good governance.
