Public sector workers in Ghana will receive a 10% salary increase for the 2025 fiscal year under the Single Spine Salary Structure.

Additionally, the National Tripartite Committee has approved a 10% increase in the national daily minimum wage.

The agreement, signed on February 20, follows extensive negotiations between the government, Organized Labour, the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission, and the Ministries of Labour and Finance.
