A new report has revealed that despite ten years of economic growth, Ghana faces significant job challenges. The report, produced by the UNDP in partnership with the Ghana Statistical Service and the National Development Planning Commission, shows that 75% of workers are in the informal sector, and youth unemployment remains high.

The Ghana Human Development Report 2023 underscores the urgent need for action to address unemployment, particularly among young people.
