Ghana’s Minister of Education has reaffirmed that the country’s education system recognizes only the biological definitions of male and female.
The statement by Haruna Iddrisu follows the decision by the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment to withdraw a Senior High School Physical Education teachers’ manual after controversy over gender-related content.
