Former Ivorian President Laurent Gbagbo has pledged to fight for the restoration of his political rights after being removed from the 2025 electoral roll.
Speaking at a rally in Port-Bouët, Abidjan, Gbagbo condemned the decision as a political tactic to block his presidential bid.
The PPA–CI leader stressed that he would not be silenced and vowed to challenge the move through all legal means.
His removal has sparked criticism from supporters and raised concerns about electoral fairness.
