With less than 10 months to the presidential election, Côte d’Ivoire is gearing up for a peaceful electoral process. An initiative named “My Côte d’Ivoire, My Peace,” spearheaded by the NGO Way4life, is set to launch this February.
The campaign aims to curb electoral violence by fostering tolerance and non-violence among voters. Organizers intend to sustain the initiative throughout the entire election cycle, promoting dialogue and peaceful coexistence across the nation.
This move comes amid heightened efforts to ensure a safe and democratic election, with stakeholders emphasizing unity and collaboration for a stable Côte d’Ivoire.
