The Ivorian government has announced that fuel and gas prices will remain unchanged, despite consumer demands for reductions. Fuel prices are fixed at 875 and 715 FCFA per liter, while gas prices range from 2000 FCFA to 6965 FCFA, according to the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum.
The decision has drawn criticism from the General Union of Consumers of Côte d’Ivoire, highlighting dissatisfaction among citizens over the high costs of these essential products.
