A global summit on formalizing the economy in the employment sector concluded Thursday in Côte d’Ivoire.

The event, themed “Innovative Strategies for Inclusive Prosperity,” was organized by the International Organization of Employers (IOE) in partnership with the General Confederation of Enterprises of Côte d’Ivoire (CGECI) and co-funded by the European Union (EU).

It brought together private sector actors, international organizations, and Ivorian ministers to discuss strategies for economic formalization and job creation.
