In Côte d’Ivoire, two union leaders in the coffee and cocoa sector are currently in police custody over an alleged defamation case.

Koné Moussa and Kanga Koffi were arrested on the orders of the public prosecutor.

Their arrest follows a complaint filed by the Director General of the Coffee and Cocoa Council.
