Calm has returned to some states of Nigeria on day two of the End Bad Governance that turned violent on Thursday.
Reports on local media and streaming portals this afternoon indicate that major cities rocked with violent confrontations between protesters and security forces are experiencing relative peace characterized by the free movement of people, vehicles and goods.
However, schools, private businesses such as banks, gas stations, restaurants and official administrative blocks remain closed.
