Burkina Faso has kicked off its first-ever “Invest” forum in the capital, Ouagadougou, marking a major step in its drive to attract global investors.
The two-day event, which wraps up today, has drawn over 1,000 participants from 48 countries across Africa, Europe, and Asia.
Organized to promote dialogue and partnerships, the forum connects local entrepreneurs, investors, and government officials in discussions on new business opportunities and sustainable development.
Authorities say the initiative underscores Burkina Faso’s commitment to strengthening its investment climate and positioning itself as a rising hub for regional trade and innovation.
