At least 14 Muslim worshipers lost their lives in an assault on a mosque in Gulmu province of the eastern region on Sunday in Burkina Faso.
The Federation of Islamic Associations of Burkina Faso (FAIB) conveyed this distressing incident in a press release on Monday evening.
As Augustine Kollie reports, at least 15 people were killed on the same day in an attack on a church during Sunday prayers in Seno province, located in the Sahel region.
