Benin’s High Authority for Audiovisual and Communication (HAAC) has begun advanced training for journalists and media professionals ahead of the April 12 presidential election.
The four-day workshop is being held in collaboration with the International Organisation of La Francophonie to promote responsible and professional election coverage.
Organisers say the initiative is aimed at ensuring balanced, credible reporting in line with established ethical standards.
