Benin’s National Autonomous Electoral Commission (CENA) has intensified consultations with key ministries as part of preparations for the 2026 general elections.

After earlier engagements with political parties, CENA met on Monday with government institutions overseeing electoral matters to strengthen coordination and transparency.
