Gambian President Adama Barrow has vowed transparency and accountability in the handling of assets seized from ex-leader Yahya Jammeh.
In a national address Wednesday night, Barrow promised to release reports from the National Assembly and Audit Office on the matter.
He assured citizens that all recommendations would be implemented and those found culpable will face consequences.
The pledge comes as public frustration grows over alleged irregularities in the sale of Jammeh’s assets.
