The Balai Citoyen movement is urging the military leadership to clarify the terms of the takeover of its activists. 

According to this civil society organization, two of its members: Bassirou Badjo and Rasmané Zinaba, have not been heard from for six months since their requisition, except for videos of them broadcast on national television. 

The men are reportedly not allowed to communicate with their families and fellow activists.
