In Senegal, the Africa CDC, in partnership with the West Africa Health Organization (WAHO) and the Pasteur Institute Dakar, a leading biomedical research center, organized a two-day workshop from December 5 to 6.
The focus of the workshop is to deliberate on the development of a regional model for a cohesive, efficient, and impactful biological sampling system intended for member states of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
This gathering took place in Sally and attracted the participation of government officials, experts, practitioners, and stakeholders representing various health sectors across West Africa.
