The Ghanaian government recently launched an ambitious initiative called the Feed Ghana Programme.

It aims to transform Ghana’s agricultural sector by boosting local production and reducing its heavy reliance on food imports.

Through this strategic initiative, the government intends to generate significant employment in the agricultural and agro-industrial sectors, thereby contributing to national economic development.

The Feed Ghana Programme will also aid in the adoption of modern and sustainable agricultural methods to optimise yields as well as strengthen rural infrastructure as a priority to facilitate market access and improve logistics.
