The Liberian government is working closely with Ghanaian authorities following the killing of a Liberian national, Austin Tengbeh, in Accra.

The incident occurred on February 27, 2026, in the Lashibi-Sakumono area and has triggered widespread concern, with social media users calling for justice and government intervention.

The Ghana Police Service says investigations are ongoing, confirming that three suspects have been arrested while efforts continue to apprehend others linked to the case.
