In Togo, cultural actors are expressing frustration over what they describe as state neglect.
On Tuesday, artists and industry professionals held an urgent press conference in Lomé to raise concerns about worsening working and living conditions within the sector.
The conference was organized by the Togolese Musicians’ Federation.
