Three Cameroonian soldiers have been sentenced to prison over their role in the 2020 killings in the village of Ngarbuh.
A military court in Yaoundé handed down jail terms ranging from five to ten years for their involvement in the massacre.
The attack took place during the ongoing Anglophone crisis, which has affected the Northwest and Southwest regions since 2016 and resulted in thousands of deaths.
At least 21 civilians, including 13 children and a pregnant woman, were killed in the violence. Rights groups have alleged that homes were burned and property looted during the operation.
