In this edition, we examine why Cholera and other water-borne diseases remain a persistent public health threat across West Africa, especially during the rainy season when flooding, water-borne diseases continue to resurface in the region, what gaps remain in prevention, and how governments and communities can move from crisis management to sustainable public health protection.
