In Togo, health facilities in the Gulf district are reviewing their performance for the 2025 fiscal year as part of efforts to strengthen service delivery. Since Tuesday, managers and healthcare workers have been meeting to assess results recorded over the past year.
The four-day annual review provides an opportunity for stakeholders to examine achievements, measure gaps, and identify key challenges affecting healthcare delivery across the district.
Officials say the exercise will also help define strategic priorities for the year ahead, with a focus on improving the quality, accessibility, and efficiency of health services for the population.
