With online violence increasingly affecting women and girls – even in remote areas – communities from both Senegal and The Gambia have come together in the village of Lenguedie for a cross-border meeting. Supported by Tostan and UN Women, the gathering aimed to build a united front against digital harm, a growing issue linked to mistrust, social division, and emerging extremist influences.
