The Gambia and the United States have renewed their commitment to strengthening diplomatic and economic relations between the two countries.

This pledge was reiterated during a courtesy visit by the Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Banjul to the American Chamber of Commerce in The Gambia.

Discussions during the meeting focused on expanding business opportunities, supporting Gambian enterprises, and deepening private sector collaboration.

The talks also addressed recent changes to U.S. visa policy and their implications for bilateral engagement.
