Former Jungler Sanna Manjang is scheduled to appear before the Banjul High Court on Thursday, January 15, 2026, to face formal charges.

His case was transferred from the Magistrates’ Court, which lacks jurisdiction over capital offenses, and he will be charged with two counts of murder.

Manjang is linked to the “Junglers” unit, which allegedly committed numerous crimes against humanity during the presidency of Yahya Jammeh.
