Today, we honour a woman whose journey reminds us that leadership is not just about position, but about purpose. A woman who carried Africa’s hopes into spaces where few from the continent had ever stood and stood firm. Through pressure, resistance, and global uncertainty, she chose integrity over ease, service over self, and impact over silence.

This morning, we celebrate a daughter of Africa whose work has touched lives far beyond borders and whose voice continues to shape the world’s future.
