The Gambian judiciary has validated a new communication strategy aimed at strengthening public engagement and rebuilding confidence in the justice system.

The draft strategy was endorsed at a validation meeting bringing together representatives from the judiciary, government institutions, and development partners.

The initiative is being implemented in partnership with the European Union and the United Nations Development Programme.

Officials say the strategy will improve transparency, access to information, and public understanding of judicial processes.
