In Liberia, the government, in partnership with the United Nations Commission on Human Rights, has launched a specialised training programme for prosecutors and judicial staff.

The initiative aims to strengthen the rule of law by improving professional capacity within the justice system.

Authorities say the programme will promote accountability, address past human rights abuses, combat corruption, and uphold international legal standards.
