We begin in Morocco, 14 people are dead, and several were rescued after Torrential rains with thunderstorms struck the province of Safi, a port city on the Atlantic coast, causing exceptional flooding on Sunday evening.
Thirty-two people were rescued and treated, most of whom have since left the hospital after receiving the necessary care, the same sources added.
According to local authorities, the remaining cases are still under medical observation.
Additionally, 70 homes and businesses located in the medina of Safi were flooded, 10 vehicles were swept away by the waters, and a section of road was damaged, causing the interruption of traffic on several roads within the city.
