After the AFCON 2025 Final, the CAF disciplinary panel has suspended the coach of the Lions of Teranga, Pape Thiaw, for five CAF matches and imposed a $100,000 fine for unsportsmanlike behaviour.
The continental sports body imposed heavy fines totaling $715,000 on the Senegalese Football Federation.
CAF sanctioned the Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) and fined of $415,000 for unsportsmanlike behaviour, inappropriate behaviour by players and ball boys.
