As we mark Blue November, a month dedicated to men’s health awareness, today we’re tackling a subject that’s often whispered about but rarely discussed openly: erectile dysfunction, or ED.
It’s a condition that affects millions of men across West Africa, yet cultural taboos and stigma often prevent open conversations or timely medical attention. Beyond its physical effects, ED can deeply impact self-esteem, relationships, and even mental health.
