Now to Cameroon, where President Paul Biya has been re-elected, amidst protests, extending his more than four decades in power.

At 92, Biya remains one of Africa’s longest-serving leaders, and his re-election has sparked both reflection and debate across the region.
As Cameroon enters another seven-year term under his leadership, questions arise about what lies ahead, from governance and security to the economy, youth employment, and political succession.
