In Côte d’Ivoire, the PPA-CI leader Laurent Gbagbo has reaffirmed his opposition to President Alassane Ouattara’s possible fourth-term candidacy.
Through a statement delivered by his lawyer and party spokesperson, Habiba Touré, Gbagbo urged the head of state to open dialogue with opposition groups.
According to the former president, dialogue remains the only path to safeguard the country’s stability as tensions build ahead of the 2025 polls.
