A regional peer review and national dialogue on Liberia’s Education Management Information System (EMIS) is underway in Monrovia.
The three-day forum, running from September 3 to 5, brings together experts from the African Union Commission, the Global Partnership for Education, and Canada’s International Development Research Centre (IDRC).
Reviewers from Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and The Gambia are assessing Liberia’s EMIS against African Union Norms and Standards.
The evaluation involves close engagement with the Ministry of Education and development partners to strengthen data management for education planning and delivery.
